We accept returns for replacement or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods
In order to return your products, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and kindly include the following information:
• Your full name and order number
• Item(s) to be returned (please clarify exchange or refund)
• Reason(s) for return
We will instruct you promptly where to return your product(s). Do not return to the sender. It is a must you contact us first before returning any items for a refund or replacement.
Return for Replacement:
1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipping costs.
2. You need to provide us a tracking number of the return package so we can create a replacement order in your account. The replacement order will be shipped out once the return package is received and the price difference, if any, is cleared.
Return for Refund:
1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs (in the form of store credits or gift cards) if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). However, if you are returning as a result of subjective dissatisfaction or because you have ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will also have to charge a 15% restocking fee.
2. A tracking number of the return package shall be provided at your earliest convenience. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after we received the returned the merchandise. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10 to 30 business days).
